Dumbbells & Diapers is the premier postpartum fitness class in Palmer for women with a baby under 1 looking to regain strength and confidence! 

We are looking for 12 women for our next session. If you've recently had a baby and want to safely strengthen your body, this is it!

NEXT CLASS BEGINS: MARCH 19, 2025

WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS: 12:15PM-1:00PM

COST: $159/4 weeks

This is a program for busy moms of babies under 1 who want to regain their strength and meet the physical demands of parenthood in an efficient and effective manner. You showed amazing strength and endurance bringing a new baby into the world. Now, not only are you recovering from childbirth but you have a big-ass baby you have to pick up, carry, roll around with and chase after.

In this program, you will build on the strength you cultivated during your pregnancy and enjoy time playing with your child. If you're further along in your parenting journey, the demands undoubtedly continue and change, but your body may still be recovering from your prenatal and childbirth experience.

You know you need to strength train, but you don't know what to do, and you really need someone to hold you accountable! We totally understand!

When is it safe to return to working out?

Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum.

I haven't worked out before/during pregnancy, is this still for me?

Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can modify appropriately depending on your fitness level and where you are in your postpartum journey.

Do I HAVE to bring my child?

Craving a little dedicated Mom time? You can absolutely come solo.

What happens if I miss a class?

We get that life/travel/etc. happens! The coach will work with you for the days you are gone to help you get a workout in wherever you're at and have you rejoin the group without missing a beat.

What happens after 12 weeks?

After the session ends, we will review your progress and help you decide on the next best steps as this program will keep your fitness moving forward.

Do I need Fitness Experience?

No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!

When are classes held?

Wednesday & Friday at 12:15-1:00PM.

What is the baby age range?

Babies should be anywhere from 6-8 weeks to 2 years for this program. Beyond that age, we've got a program for that too!

Can my child come to class?

Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout.

Can my older children join?

This class is specifically designed for babies 1 and under, but we get that things pop up. We have space for older kids to sit on the days you don't have another option!

What if my child is upset during class?

That's the beauty of an all-Moms class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout! Better yet - let the Coach help!
